I had misdiagnosed that my car's air con needed a regas. The mechanic did a diagnostic and found that I did not need a regas. They kindly reduced the charge to that of the diagnostic test only, which was less than the amount I had pre-authorised. The car collection guy Tom was also prompt and friendly.

Muhammad was excellent. I sent messages to him with some concerns about the car he was due to inspect which had missed it's first 20,000 miles major service and a subsequent service 10,000 miles later and he phoned me for a quick chat going to inspect it. His report showed a good comprehensive list of completed checks before he phoned again to discuss it and mention a couple of noises with suggestions to possible causes whilst advising these could only be known properly by further inspections or a full service on a ramp. His inspection gave me sufficient insight about the Golf GTi's current condition - however in the absence of a service history for the past 28 years I decided not to buy the car and buy a newer car of less power for a similar cost. I would recommend anyone to hire Muhammad, who was friendly and helpful, or any mechanic via ClickMechanic for that matter when considering buying a used car. It is well worthwhile !

Patson did a wonderful job replacing brake pads, brake discs and also a major service to my car. He also did a diagnostic check and gave me great advice and information regularly to keep me informed as work progressed. Patson is a lovely man with great knowledge and experience and i would highly recommend him for any work required.
