Scott was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was delayed on a previous job and kept me fully updated in plenty of time which was much appreciated. Upon arrival and inspection he advised that the AA had misdiagnosed and actually the repair was smaller and cheaper than first thought. The honesty and efficiency was impressive and I am very grateful. My car is now running like a dream and I will 100% be using ClickMechanic again.

Robert was good, he called to say he was running late , and once we met he talked about the car , explained what the diagnostic found fixing two options . Got a quote for further work pretty quick too.

Sakhamuzi arrived on time as agreed with the spare parts. He was quick and efficient. I noticed he was inspecting the components as he disassembled the brakes and made sure after the calliper was changed to bleed the brakes. He left my drive clean and tidy. He also asked me to take out the car and ensure everything felt good. Road test was fine and I am happy with how the car felt. I would recommend him!

Great work, good communication, punctual down to the last minute! Job was harder than anticipated but John made it work even with a tricky location (van not moveable and cars parked either side with hedge in front).

Kiriacos communicated well leading up to my booked date. On the day, collected my car and carried out the service and had it back within 3 hours. Great service and will use again.
