Christian arrived a bit late due to circumstances beyond his control but was polite and apologetic. At the end of the day Chritian was excellent! Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and professional (alongwith his colleague). We have used Click Mechanic twice now, and each time have been brilliant. We followed the input from both, rejected the first car due to lack of performance for our wants, and completely fell in love, and purchased the second car.

Yes he was friendly, explained the process and timelines and that was exactly what happened, so i was very happy with it. I used to have to drive to a garage and wait for a service or get picked up and dropped back off but this service takes away that and works great for me.

He was able to tackle the immediate problem and gave excellent advice around the overall cause and the way of removing the problem longer term. He took time to really investigate what was going on and showed me so that I'd have a better understanding of the issue. He was friendly, personable and knowledgable.
