MP Automotive replaced a faulty O2 sensor on my aged but cherished SLK. I was kept up to date with the expected pick up time of the car in the morning and it was returned in the early afternoon. The old sensor had been removed, new one fitted and coded to the car such that the engine warning light had been cancelled, all done in a much quicker time frame than I’d imagined and at a very competitive price (less than 50% of the quote from an independent Mercedes garage). I would throughly recommend MP Automotive and will consider using them again in the future for routine servicing etc as they provided such a good service.

Haseeb was an absolute hero, 0 notice he had from me and still went the extra mile to get the parts I needed and got the job done within no time. Will 100% be using again and referring to everyone I know 😎

Syed was great; I gave him the keys and got a phone call and hour or so later when he had fixed the car. Top marks.

I didn't go ahead because the work required exceeded my budget , but Francois was very knowledgeable and communicated well and promptly keeping me fully informed at all times.

Paulo was on time. He was courteous and friendly. The repair was carried out to my satisfaction and as far as I can tell was well done. He took the time to show me a potential related issue and gave tips to help prevent further problems. I would be happy to use for future work or recommend.

Really appreciate that they offer the collection and delivery, it being half term and having a disabled child made getting my MOT and service getting done so much easier. They were really clear with communicating what would happen, what needed doing and how much it would cost. Overall, I’m very happy with the services I received and would use again.

Jamie was absolutely brilliant, rang to see it he could come early, was super friendly! Carried out the work efficiently and explained everything he was doing and showed us the parts he'd replaced. First time using this service and it won't be the last! Can't recommend Jamie enough!

Harry was very professional, communicated well and turned up when he said he would. His van was extremely well equipped and he was very knowledgeable. He was friendly, and communicated the problem, explaining the process as he went.

Maz Khan who did my inspection was absolutely brilliant...the report was very thorough and he even took time to then phone me and explain in great detail the faults..some of them quite serious he found...thankfully with maz' knowledge it steered me away from probably wasting £6000.00 on a van which in his words was 'NOT ROAD WORTHY'....top job from a top mechanic and an excellent all round experience which I will be using again when I find another possible work vehicle...10/10
