Oscar was amazing - he couldn't do enough to diagnose and get it sorted. Worked incredibly hard at unsociable hours. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Jordan did a great job in the first instance and was very knowledgeable. The second visit was poor, nothing to do with Jordan, but your organisation Clickmechanic. I indicated on my booking that I required genuine part not Chinese knock offs. This was ignored by your organisation. Consequently I did not have the part fitted, but was still charged for your error.

Barry was great, communicated well, really friendly and got the job done at short notice.

Great service and work carried out on the vehicle it seems however my vehicle was not picked up or dropped off had made arrangements to get my vehicle there myself for an agreed time and still had to wait up to 45minutes when initially it was supposed to be picked up between 8am-10am but was not so I definitely feel like I paid for a service I did not receive however the mechanical side of things are good it seems

I haven’t been home so my girlfriend gave him access to to car. All that time he willingly communicated with me by phone and have to say he did his job very well because next day we were travel to Czech Republic (1000mil) and there isn’t any issues with cooling system he fixed.

Yes friendly and professional. Had seen the car previously, but i did not have the work done at the time. He checked the car again and changed the wheel bearings. I was informed at all time what was done and when the car would be ready.

Terrible. Really expensive, poor communication and rude. I found this a terrible service. My car was taken on the Thursday and I was told work would start on that day and it didn’t. Resulting in a delay over the bank holiday. I have no idea when work really started but had it started on the Thursday I’d have had my car back by the back holiday. I got my car back on Tuesday after the bank holiday, as I explained to the garage that I was stressed and anxious by the delay I was told “not our problem, we’re not doctors”, this is obnoxious and rude and I’ll certainly make people aware of this. The car was dropped at my friends eventually and the bloke who dropped it off tried to leave outside the wrong property, my friend told him not to leave it where he was going to and he gave my friend attitude. It’s a joke, I paid hugely over what I was expecting and I got attitude, had to chase them and they were rude. Avoid at all costs. Never ever again.
