Less than a month after the purchase the car already presents many issues Has, the mechanic, did not identify:
-tyres on the left side of the car were 2022 Michelin, right side 2018 Dunlop (need replacement asap as dangerous)
-wishbones in poor state, need replacement asap
-wheel barring on driver’s wheel is seriously damaged (a danger to drive)

I wasn’t present at the pre-purchase inspection, but trusted he would look into things carefully. Instead it seems like most focus went to aesthetics, not mechanics.

He seemed friendly enough although never met him or his team personally, only had a couple of phone calls with him

The mechanic arrived late at the discussed location twice. He was hard to get in touch with via telephone call and most of the time did not answer the phone when called. What we discussed on the phone after he saw the car was different to what he mentioned in thw report. I texted to raise my concerns about a few aspects he mentioned in the report which he had not mentioned by phone but he has never replied back either by text nor has he answered the phone

Has Went the extra mile did a few extra bits and bobs would defo recommend and be using for future work

Very friendly, Very knowledgeable. Late arrival of parts but kept up-to-date with what was going on. All in all very happy with click mechanic the price and Hassan at the garage. Picked my car up the day before they were supposed to as the clutch had gone. Car delivered back three days later due to part problems. All in all very good experience. Job completed in good time.

Has came to pick the car up punctually and drove it out. The car was driven back next day. He changed the timing belt. Will book him again.

Has was very reassuring when he gave me his verbal report after the pre purchase inspection. He was very thorough and highlighted some minor issues I might have missed. He unfortunately had to reschedule the appointment and he handled everything, making the whole process very straightforward for me. Very highly recommended and I wouldn't think twice if i needed to use him again. A+++++

Has was amazing picked my car up earlier and dropped my car back off so i had it back for work tomorrow cars running better and he also sent me pictures after the work was done would definitely recommend
