I got a vehicle inspection carried out by a gentleman named Hassan. Quick and easy to book. Hassan then called me to discuss what I was looking at in particular etc and then provided me with a clear written report.
It was for my horse box so it puts my mind at rest that it is mechanically sound.
I have now booked it for its mot and service through click mechanic since i was so impressed with the service

I had a diagnostic, the mechanic was friendly and on time. My car had overheated and needed a new thermostat. I made it clear beforehand that I did not want the car to be removed from the drive as the mechanic's base was too far away. The service does not let you choose who comes, which is an issue. The mechanic agreed it was the thermostat, but actually kept pointing to the wrong area of the engine. He clearly did not know where the thermostat was on a corsa. He never sent a followup quote even though I asked for one and had said he had done so. His main aim seemed to getting the car back to his garage. Changing a thermostat is 3 bolts and can be done on the drive, I did so myself later and the car is now fine. The two times I have used this service, it has led to mechanics coming from too far away and a feeling of untrustworthiness. Read more
