Hasan was very professional, polite and friendly. Car was collected, no issues, and Hasan kept me updated with pics texts and phone calls throughout the process. I've never used clickmechanic before, so was not sure what to expect, but everything went smoothly with no hidden extras, car was repaired, and price was as quoted. Thanks Hasan. Hasan was polite, friendly and explained and showed me the problem with my car. Although he didn't make it on the specified day, through unforseen circumstances, he kept me informed and rescheduled for the next day, arriving when he said he would. Hasan will be repairing my car when he gets the part next week as this is Easter weekend
