Although late to pick up car, the communication was fab (sometimes jobs are not as straightforward as they seem) problems can arise, when they did come and pick up the car he was very polite and promised to have the brake pads replaced and return ASAP which he did I can not recommend enough and I will use again. Although the work was carried out correctly and on time, I do wonder why mechanics have to alter every setting in the car, the seat, the radio, the wing mirrors when all they are attending to is the rear brake pads!
