Ben was very kind and helpful,explained to me well to be understanding all faults what can it cause and answered all my questions. He was taken care of my property/my vehicle. He knew what to do as expected from a professional Man.

I booked 1600-1800 just in case my work delayed ……. But I finished on time and messaged Jozsef that I was home. He replied and then later called saying he could arrive earlier if convenient. I said yes. He introduced himself and got to work. He was happy to answer any questions and explained things so I could understand it. He knew exactly what he was doing (I have a VW and he used to work in a VW garage !) and showed me diagnostics and explained what they meant. The AA recommended changing the alternator when they changed the battery which is why I got Jozsef round and he also suggested the alternator be changed. It didn’t take too long and there weren’t any surprises. Once done he checked everything was working. I would definitely recommend Clickmechanic and also definitely recommend Jozsef.
