The person who came wasn’t an actual mechanic he brought a diagnostic machine with him but that’s not why I requested . I said the car was struggling to start they claimed I’d did it started fine . I tried to speak to the garage to find a resolution he told me he didn’t like my attitude and hung up on me

Turned up and replaced my rear brake pads quickly and efficiently, even fitted Brembos at my request for a small additional fee. Happy with the work, car is running well, far more convenient and cheaper than my local garages.

Paul was friendly and very helpful. The error code originally suggested an issue with the crankshaft sensor, so I got a quote from ClickMechanic. However, when Paul arrived and checked the car, everything was fine – no fault showing at all. Paul still did his best to investigate and make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, despite Paul only carrying out a diagnostic, the ClickMechanic company still charged me around 80% of the quotation, which feels like a bit of a rip-off. Paul, thank you for your effort, but I’ll be avoiding ClickMechanic in future.

Derek was top tier, kept me up to date before the viewing, and was happy to accomodate my concerns when going to view this car. Phoned me after to go over all the main points of issue/interest with the car. Sent a slew of pictures which was very thorough and great to see as I could judge a lot about the car through the details of these. Would highly recommend.
