Ridiculous waste of time, this whole service is a farce and I do not recommend anyone wasting their time with it. Not only do they charge an extortionate amount of money for minor repairs they add on items you tell they you don’t need Do not waste your energy on this thinking it’s a quick fix it will bankrupt you Already been quoted a quarter the amount by 3 different garages I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CON

Damien was great, turned up at a re scheduled time which was better for us, did the work required and gave us some advice of some future work that needed doing. Highly recommend , would use again..

The guys were fantastic. Were able to carry out the work promptly and stayed in contact all the way. Will be going to SVG directly in the future. I can't recommend click mechanic themselves though. They sent the guys at SVG the wrong job and parts needed. Luckily the guys knew what was going on.

Patson was very helpful. He phoned us an hour in advance about his exact arrival time (which was within the two hour slot we had been given originally) both for pick up and drop off of the car (24 hours later, so it was all done within one day). He did the job that needed to be done so the car passed its MOT (which it did). He was very friendly and also gave us some general advice for the maintenance of the car.

Dylan was great arrived on time, knew what he was doing, described it to me and did the work to a high standard. Highly recommend Dylan.

Cancelled on the day saying couldn't get the parts, even though appointment was booked 10 days in advance. Turned up an hour and a half late the next day. Spilled fluids on driveway. Did not complete the vehicle service book. Has ignored all allempts at communication from me to get service book updated. Would NOT recommend. Avoid.

Bogdan was excellent, he communicated well about his arrival and kept me updated through the job. He went above and beyond to get the job finished. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for work to be completed.
