James (of JLT Auto Tech) was on time, very knowledgeable, got on with job as soon as he got to my home and was friendly and courteous. He completed my jobs and a lot more besides. I am very pleased with the standard of work carried out and would recommend him to anyone wanting a mobile auto mechanic.

Good report received eventually after asking for it, but no follow up car which was included in the package. I had to message twice for a basic response. Communication could have been better.

Mat was great. He rang me to highlight a few issues and photographed several issues that concerned him. I will not be purchasing he car he checked and am thankful for his inspection.

Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable I originally only asked for break pads and he phoned and asked if I needed disks I said I don’t think so but he brought some anyway and luckily he did as my car would not of passed it’s MOT with out them. Very quick service and I will be recommending to every one. So handy for them to come and do it at your house so it’s ready to drive away as soon as finished.

Joe was very helpful in solving the problem with a clogged DPF on my car. He used his expertise to effect the repair, cleared all the fault codes and made sure the car was running as good as new...I went for test drive straight away and so far the car runs smoothly with no errors or engine lights. I am very happy.

Dan was very friendly and helpful, it only took him an hour to fit both rear break pads and disks as well as a caliper.

Tariq was great - very knowledgable and friendly. He changed my cambelt, waterpump and auxillery belt with no issues at all (and diagnosed a strange noise from the engine successfully). He did the job very quickly and was very responsive to messages. I'll definitely be using him again in the future!

Jose was great along with his colleague. Punctual. Did the work well. Explained what was wrong with the car and what the gasket was meant to look like. Highly recommend.

Reiss was very good kept me informed and communicated with me about arrival time. The work replacing my brake discs and pads was completed quickly and to a great standard he even showed me the parts removed something I have never had happen before. Would highly recommend Reiss to anyone.
