I booked the MOT and service a month before it was due and was concerned when I got a message on the Friday afternoon saying Paul could not do the MOT and service on the following Tuesday as planned and could he arrange it for Thursday, which was fine, but didn’t get confirmation of it until the Tuesday afternoon, so planning time off of work was difficult. Paul did the service and took the car for its MOT with no problems and did a good job at a better price than my local garage.

Picked car up 12 30 on Monday did say may not get back till Tuesday pm as waiting for part

Called ahead pre arrival. Perfect explanation of work being carried out. Photo's and video taken for customer's peace of mind. Very professional . Full set of glow plugs fitted within an hour. Highly recommended and will certainly use again.

The work entailed replacing the sparks plugs as recommended after 30,000 miles. I chose ClickMechanic because of the price, which was cheaper than Audi had quoted. However the price changed and went up by £50 due to it taking longer than had been anticipated and estimated for. As such the final price was almost the same as Audi has quoted me (and that price would not have changed) So I've have made no saving whatsoever and could have just let Audi perform this task, when the vehicle was in for it's service. I don't even know if the new spark plugs were Audi genuine/recommended parts? Also it was not made clear me that the original quote could change. You had the make & model of the vehicle so you should know how long the job of replacing spark plugs will take. Needless to say, I'm not an overly happy customer Neil Weaver
