Mazda CX-5 Engine oil & filter replacement

Qazi was polite, efficient and completed my oil and filter change leaving no mess and within the time quoted. Another timeslot had to be arranged because of a traffic jam on M25 but he arrived on time in the new slot and I would recommend him and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class Car Won't Start Inspection

Diagnosed issue but couldn't quote to fix it so wasted money on diagnostic as have to have it done again by garage to get car fixed

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately your booking was only for a diagnostic and not for repairs to be carried out. Sorry if you felt your Luxury Mercedes S class issues which requires the fuel pump replacement was going to be fixed at a fee of under £100 (the charge of a diagnostic at your doorstep) you wanted to know the problem. We provided the report and showed you the exact part that requires replacement and work which needs to be carried out. We don't drive around with a ware house of parts with us. The booking must be made first, we then source the parts and will fit. If it's a job that can't be done by ourselves as it requires a ramp to be lifted and major works then you book on clickmechanic and another mechanic garage who can undertake the job will carry out the work.
