Qazi was very personable and took time to explain what he thought the fault was. Got there in the end. Fault on engine management system cleared. Even on the first attempt the fault still existed, Qazi, came back to sort no qualms at all.

Really helpful and informative mechanic when he eventually turned up. I get that he’s busy and did his best to keep me informed.

Mechanic was excellent, zero issues with work carried out. Showed me both filters after replacement too. Super. Only issue I had was he turned up way out side of the priority 2 hour window I paid a £20 premium for. Feel very disappointed I wasted £20 for no good reason!! I really should get that refunded..
