Auto Pro were great. Collected my car, as arranged, and fitted the replacement timing chain. They spent some times to double check their work before delivering the car back to me at an agreed day and time. Very professional, very conscientious, very courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Jamie was terrific and saved me from buying what would turn out to be very problematic first car. He communicated every step of the way including when he showed up early and even read the note I’d left him. The call debrief afterwards was very helpful and he broke down the concepts for me so I can understand easily as this was my first car purchase so know very little about what goes in cars. Pictures included on the portal were clear and invaluable in getting back my holding deposit as the dealer disputed what Jamie had seen. Thoroughly recommend Jamie and his mechanic service!

He was very friendly and worked hard to try and diagnose the problem. However, it turned out to not be what he said and to be actually just loose wheel bolts. It is frustrating to have paid out twice for this given this could have been fixed roadside. I would appreciate someone contacting me about this to see if a refund could be provided.

Great service fixed my clutch within a day of it breaking and I couldn’t get into a garage for 2 weeks. Picked it up from my home and brought it back within a few hours. Contacted me before to give an ETA and when they were bringing my car back.

Pre purchase inspection booked through clickmechanic. We had no issues with the inspection itself or the report produced. But disappointingly given there was a third party involved (the seller/trader), he was slow to reply and haphazard in his communication. He turned up several hours late without apology or explanation to either us or the seller. Despite telling us he would call straight after the inspection (booked for 10-12 on a Friday) we didn’t receive a call or the report until the next evening and only after we chased it up; not what was agreed.
