Don and Keiran turned up again for this job. It was a pig of day to be working outside, raining most of the time, however they cheerfully got on with the job coping with it as best as they could! I docked one star from the punctuality because they turned up about 50 minutes late but as I said it was a pig of a day so it will not stop me from booking them again. They showed me the damaged parts they removed and now my car is running great again so I'm very pleased.

Brilliant service , friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. I am very happy with their diagnosis and need time to decide what I want to do. I did not feel uncomfortable or pressurised into making an on the spot decision

My experience with the two gentleman that turned up couldn't have been better. They arrived within the time window allocated and got to work quickly to diagnose the problem. In no time they had discovered a defective/worn auxiliary belt which lead them to discover that the water pump was vibrating which was responsible for the rattling noise! They explained that the bearing on the pump was worn and probably not long from breaking down altogether which would lead to the belt coming off which could cause damage to other parts under the bonnet as well as an overheating problem. They advised that it would be prudent to replace the belt tensioner with the water pump whilst doing the job as a preventative measure as that had probably been on the car the same length of time and mileage as the pump. They advised that they could come out and do that job. I asked them for a quote and they said that one of them would input the details into Click Mechanic in the van on their way back to their depot. No sooner said than done and a reasonable quote came through shortly after they left. I was so impressed with their knowledge and friendly attitude that I've booked the job in for next week! He came earlier than the time slot which was really appreciated & sorted the issue out straight away! Looked over the whole of my car for me, and told me a few other bits seperate to the main issue that I needed to keep an eye on! Thank you, would highly recommend! :)
