Cameron was a pleasant and experienced guy. BUT if you were to re-read my request for the work to be carried out I was clear about what needed to be done - A FULL drain and refill of the coolant.
THIS HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT - only a partial drain that I could have done.
If a full change could not be carried out by a mobile mechanic I expect to be told that.
Have checked the coolant this am and it is almost clear - not standard blue or pink.
Also my tester shows little or no frost protection. No use to me - now back to square one.
Not impressed or happy.

Was assigned Sarah upon arrival was a male mechanic who didn’t give his name besides that he was very good and professional.
After booking and recieving the 1st quote I was happy with the price working out my the cost of OEM parts 6 x spark plugs and 6 x coil from Eros car parts then I recieved another email asking for more money as only quoted for 4 x not 6 times then recieved another email asking for more money as need OEM parts Bosch parts come to £174 in euro car parts with a bill fir nearly £400 that’s £230 labour and took mechanic an hour
