Igor failed to arrive within the allotted time and made no attempt to communicate with me, I called him at the very end of the 2 hour window to be told he was going to be another 45 minutes. He eventually arrived over an our later, messaged me to let me know he had arrived rather than knocking on my door. He came across as generally unprofessional in both his attire and demeanor, I only went ahead with him carrying out the work as I need the car and had already waited over a week for a replacement mechanic after the first one cancelled at very short notice. He made me feel very uncomfortable throughout, he carried out the work more quickly than my original mechanic quoted (and much quicker than is generally expected for this kind of job) which makes me feel quite uneasy about the quality of the workmanship.

Robert arrived on time took the van away completed the service and mot. Great service as always would highly recommend.

Ben did a great job on the oil and filter change for my car. Ben took around one hour to do this and even gave me some oil he had leftover to keep.

Jamie was excellent, and very helpful. I would recommend him and ClickMechanic to family and friends. Work carried out was excellent, Jamie was polite and easy to talk to. Will be using click Mechanic again. This is my second time using Click Mechanic, and will be using them again in the future. One negative point, its minor, but important. Contacting Click Mechanic to follow ups or information is a little difficult, but this hasn't put me off. Peter

5/5 booked Marcel for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car purchase, he arrived promptly with perfect communication every step of the way. He provided a very thoughtful and comprehensive inspection report which I was able to utilise to haggle a few extras out of the dealership with.
