The job was carried out to repair my heater matrix in the car. Which works fine but no a great customer service.

Unfortunately he cracked the front console - lucky I took photos beforehand. I’ve been in contact with Matthew and he said he would get th part ordered - but it’s been a couple weeks now and he’s recently just read my message and not replied.

Wouldn’t usually leave a bad review but he left me no choice. Not very professional service - also was smoking cigarettes in and around my car while carrying out the work which I didn’t respect.

Best comment I can make is, that this is now my go to mechanic.

Matthew arrived very promptly, and was extremely pleasant and friendly. I can’t comment on the car, as I haven’t yet tried it since he brought it back this evening! He said it had been quite straightforward, and he didn’t encounter any problems, so I’m sure it will be fine.

Was late to begin with.
Car was booked in for timing belt and 2 front tyres
He 'forgot' to do the timing belt. Thankfully I knew what needed done and where it was. As I was charged for service like it was complete, yet it wasn't and I wasn't told i had to check for myself and file a report.
Contacted mechanic first with no reply or answer so can on here to report it.
Just under £700 for 2 tyres no way!
Would like a full refund and won't be using again.

Hi , I explained and apologised for this mix up. I explained that my wife was rushed into hospital and I got intouch straight away to rectify this mistake. Unfortunately these things do happen especially when my wife is rushed into hospital after collapsing and is in intensive care.
I offered to collect the car this morning to do this and offered a refund on this as well
