Abdul was great. He informed me he was going to be an hour late as part hadnt arrived. But that wasn't his fault )). I am happy with the fuel filter he changed for me . I just need to find out now if the fuel additive ive added to the tank cleans rest of system)). Not sure if new filter will solve the problem but it is something off the checklist))

Booked Vipul to do a diagnostic scan after some warning lights came on. Vipul let me know when he was on his way and arrived within the booked time slot, very polite and knowledgeable. As I never met the mechanic I can't comment as to his level of friendliness and knowledge. Circumstances with staffing meant that collection was well beyond the stated time-frame. However, apologies were fulsome, and the chap who collected and returned the car was very pleasant.
