Rebaz was spot on time, phoned in advance to give precise arrival time. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem in minutes. Showed the potential cause and explained what the problem was. Fantastic service and well work the time and cost. Really nice to know their is still people that take pride in their work. Have not driven car since it was returned so can’t comment too much. Work done is fine. Overall service : Turned up early to collect the car ( 15.45 and appointment was at 16.00) although was not expecting car to be collected from didcot and work to be carried out in reading. No handover documents for car, just a screenshot on drivers phone with details of job. Driver was friendly No walk around to check on general condition of car. After 4 hours had to call (19.20) to check progress after being told job would only take 1-2 hours car was delivered back at 19.30. Was not clear that car was being taken to another town to be worked on. Expected mobile mechanic to attend appointment Would only use this service again if it was clearer on overall service.

Robert did a great job on the brakes and gave me some good advice on another item. I don't like the way clickmechanic make it very difficult to disable invasive cookies but they don't give you an opportunity to submit such feedback.

Extremely impressed with the service and speed. Timing belt, clutch and flywheel all done in a day amongst other things. Came to pick car up whilst I was at work and the car was back by the time I got home. Lovely and smooth to drive now almost feels like a new motor will be using the garage again for jobs in the future. Great communication, the mechanic rang me after I had messaged him with a load of questions about the work prior to it being done.

Unfortunately, my experience with Bilal and his colleague left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and professionalism. There was no contact made before the scheduled appointment window. I called Bilal at 14:00 when no one had arrived, but my call went to voicemail. I left a message and also followed up via the ClickMechanic website. Eventually, Bilal got in touch to say he had broken down and would be with me in about an hour — but again, there was no update until 16:00. When I called at that point, he said he was still waiting for assistance. At 16:30, I received a text saying he would arrive in the next hour. He finally arrived at 18:15. While Bilal was polite and had a friendly attitude, he did not seem particularly apologetic about the significant delay. The major service itself was completed by 18:50, which seemed quite fast for the scope of work expected. I was not provided with a full breakdown of the checks carried out or any comments/recommendations, which left me uncertain whether the service was fully completed as per expectations. To improve, I would strongly recommend better communication, clearer transparency around delays, and more professional conduct overall — especially in terms of reporting and service completion.
