He was great, really apologetic for the delay due to wrong part being delivered but went out of his way to keep me upto date with what was happening and carried out the job with no fuss and very friendly and professional.

I was happy with the mechanic at first but after work was completed Jack said that it hasn't fixed the problem as it wasn't a faulty alternator it's a sensor, so why didn't he do a diagnostic 1st. Then once mechanic had left I went to move car off the drive so I could plug in my other car which is an EV and I was unable to move the car because the power steering was now not working so I'm confused and not happy

Nathaniel was helpful and completed job quickly and proficiently he also explained how replacing a battery can require the system to be re configured by using key and locking system,he also re activated the radio for me. Thanks Nathaniel

Reece was brilliant I can’t fault him. Reece kept me updated on when he would arrive for the job and ended up being able to come earlier which worked better for me. He was polite, friendly and happy to help. He identified the issue and was happy to explain and chat with me about how I go forward as I was looking at getting rid of the car. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Car was booked in for brakes discs, pads & a new brake caliper. I can honestly say they was very professional in the work carried out.
