“I was enormously impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of both the ClickMechanic and the local mechanics service. I was on travelling around the UK when a warning popped up on my dashboard about brake pad replacement. I wasn't near home but wanted the work done quickly. I contacted a dealership local to my next stop but I would have to drop the car off, make alternative travel arrangements then return to collect my car. ClickMechanic sent a local garage to carry out the work in the car park where I was! Not only that, it was far more competitively priced that the dealership - WIN WIN! The mechanic took the time to explain the work he had completed, advised me how to bed in the new brakes and stuck around to watch me drive up and down the car park to ensure everything was ok. I can't speak highly enough of both ClickMechanic or the local garage and will definitely look to use the service again if I find myself in similar circumstances.”
