I booked a real project car for Alastair to do so I already knew it was not going to be easy and might take longer than expected. He had to spend extra time on it and kept me in the loop about the extra costs and did his best to keep them down for me. Really knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly honest about the situation I’ve given him. The lads picking up the car were also nice and careful with it. Definitely recommend, will be using again

Kyle was my mechanic, he was excellent and replaced my starter motor on my Hyundai Tuscon. Would recommend this company and this mechanic to everyone.

They broke my oil pressure sensor while carrying out a timing belt change. They have said they've fixed this, and I received the car back eventually, but when I did none of the locks work and all the engine coolant has been drained. When I phoned the garage up, they don't want to know about it. The receptionist is very polite but the man I spoke to over the phone was very rude. I've escalated the complaint with Click Mechanic. I have no idea how they managed to cause these issues when conducting a timing belt change, but I would definitely not trust them to work on my car again. My car is undriveable, and I am having to pay out of my own pocket (I will of course seek to recoup these costs from Majestic) to simply diagnose the extent of the faults they've created, let alone fix them. Do yourself a favour and avoid!
