I was lucky enough to get Nathan and Darren - they were fantastic! They diagnosed the problem and had it sorted so quickly - I was so grateful as I needed my car urgently. As for the cost, I could not have found better anywhere else.

He was a lovely chap,problem was £70 just for telling me I've got the wrong car battery. Wasn't his fault or mine,cursed Internet company's!.it is what it is,nothing either of us could of done more.Thats why the 4 stars,if tools would of been involved I probably would of put i 5 star review!!. Like I said,real nice guy.

Yes, Brandon was excellent. He changed my rear brake pads and discs and was honest enough to tell me they didn’t actually need replacing. The AA mechanic and MOT said they did, but Brandon showed me they were fine. I still went ahead as he’d already come out and I didn’t want to waste his time. He also checked my front brakes and I’ll definitely be getting those done with him too. Highly recommend.

Edd carried out a detailed check and sent pics along with a phone call to explain any problems he found .. happy with the service and will use again in the future

My mechanic was Shane , honestly 10/10 service, I’m a very new driver so I honestly have no clue about cars , my battery died , I put down I needed a new battery and that’s exactly what happened, booked my slot Shane even called to come earlier which was even better for me , very good price as well , my garage near me was taking ages to reply and I needed to drive my car asap , came next day I booked , when your new to driving and cars have problems it’s quite scary but this experience was so good , I will definitely be using this again and will be recommending , thankyou so much Shane

Chris had not replaced a heater blower previously so it took hom a long time to do the job, far longer than he was expecting however he completed the work eventually and is very pleasant to have doing work on a vehicle.

Both mechanics who attended were friendly, efficient, thorough. They explained what they were doing, and needed to do so I understood what was going on, and what would need to happen next. Thank-you.

The job was done on time, very tidy and cleared everything up and took away the old parts, after showing me the faults. Very happy with the work carried out and will not only use again but will promote VR Autotech and ClickMechanic to friends and family for their vehicles, to find the specialists they need, at prices that match the time needed, with no inflation due to overheads, salarys, equipment etc.
