Great work. Came earlier and did the job superbly. He took his time to test the belt after it was fixed and even help me speak to a towering van for a battery jumper which helped us quickly rather than pushing the car.

He took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem, clearly explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I never felt pressured or talked down to just genuinely helped.

The mechanic, Mr. Naseem, has been very professional, punctual, and fully focused on the job at hand. He clearly knows exactly what he is doing and what needs to be done.
