Sebastian was a really good guy, unfortunately when my car went to the garage they found 2 bolts missing and they others weren't done up properly. Like I said he was a really nice and he went out of his way to try and rectify the problem so I want to thank him for his help.

I was expecting someone called Brandon as that's who was advertised. I left a few messages and did not get a response until on the day. Eventually I did and was told by Brandon his colleague Charlie will be coming instead. Initially a little skeptical as it wasn't the name I had booked, but was quickly put at ease by Charlie and his friendly manner. He did an excellent job on my major service and was happy to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Jammie arrived as advised. I explained the symptoms regarding the heater matrix and also an additional problem of fresh water ingress following the recent heavy rain . Jammie diagnosed the additional problem and was able to resolve along with fixing the the heater matrix problem which turned out to be worn pipe seals and not the matrix itself.
