Jammie arrived as advised. I explained the symptoms regarding the heater matrix and also an additional problem of fresh water ingress following the recent heavy rain . Jammie diagnosed the additional problem and was able to resolve along with fixing the the heater matrix problem which turned out to be worn pipe seals and not the matrix itself.

The work was of an acceptable standard, and within the legal framework. The cost was acceptable although on the higher scale. There is still a few issues outstanding, which hasn’t been rectified yet.
