Marc was lovely and accommodating despite the busy time of year. Despite having his own car troubles (and over the christmas/new year period) and needing to reschedule, he managed to fit me in and had no complaints despite the car being more finicky than expected. The appointment was an hour later than expected, but at the same time, I can't imagine working on a winter morning is very feasible in the pitch dark, and Marc carried on over the allotted time with zero complaints.
