Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. They confirmed an MOT would be conducted and didn't do one. I paid almost £1100 for clutch replacement, service, tracking, brake pads and discs. The car has been returned with the tracking off, the handbrake is not holding the car on a slight incline and the accelerator is squeaking when setting off, suggesting a problem with the fan belt. A dispute has been raised through Click Mechanics, who have withheld payment to the garage, and the mechanic has sent me a private email threatening court action for the payment. I have paid. He was aggressive and rude in person and also attempted blackmail. When I took the car back for the MOT they didn't complete the first time by telling me I WOULD leave a 5 star review on two platforms and he would then do the MOT for free. My Mum was a witness to this. He stood over me and acted in a very intimidating manor. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Very friendly and work seems to have been performed correctly.

They picked up and dropped off my car. Left it a bit dirty though.

Can’t complain at all and would 100% recommend! Start to finish was stress free, good communication with pick up and drop off, clear with charges and costs.
