The mechanic said he changed the oil on a sworn car Thursday. Took it for an MOT Friday. The MOT advised for the oil to be changed. The Kwik fit Mechanic phoned me as he said I thought you mentioned it was serviced which is why he called. Had to pay to have the oil change Friday so paid £228 for an oil change Thursday and for an oil change £181 Friday. No refund! Great work!

As someone who runs my own business, I know how important it is to have dependable repair companies when time is critical and your vehicle is essential for work. Steve completed the alternator replacement quickly and professionally, getting my van back up and running with minimal downtime. The mechanic was very informative and professional (as well as friendly and courteous). Having the report helped immensely with the buying process: - 4 new tyres were fitted by the seller - negotiated a 17% reduction in purchase price - we are aware of the repairs needed and est costs to complete - we have been able to report what is specifically required for repair to our local mechanic (who we have used for the past decade). Interestingly, the seller was able to continue negotiations openly as all obvious faults on the care were brought up in your report. We believe we paid a very fair price for the car (as it also had a tow bar which was really important to us even though the seller was unaware of our need for it). Thank you for your good service!
