James - Clutch change - on our drive - Fiat Doblo. You really couldn't wish for better. BMW trained 30yrs experience - over 400 jobs carried out, with over 200 taking time to leave reviews. On top of that he's a really good bloke too. Knowlegeable Approachable & Personable. Got in touch with us the night before, to pin down his expected arrival time to a 30min slot -vs- the 2hr window. Arrived on time. Put down mats to protect the drive & keep clean. Worked solidly like a trojan, for 6hrs - (I popped out every hour just to check he was OK - health and safety) and a quick chat on progress. I've done 1/2 doz clutches/gearbox changes (pre health issues) - so I can recognise ... a real & genuine pro at work. Can't praise highly enough - both the man himself & his work Thanks James - Graham & Jo.

Mixed bag with this garage and my experience has put me off using Click Mechanic tbh. Mechanic arrived an hour early and advised beforehand, was told the car would be delivered in the afternoon. I'd ordered two new front tires and a front brake pad and disc renewal. I selected and paid for premium tires; Continental Ultra Contacts. When the car arrived that afternoon i found it was fitted with budget tires; half the cost of the Continentals. I contacted the team at the garage and they explained they didn't have stock at the time so they fitted the budget tires instead stating their supplier said they were like for like with the Continentals. I was not consulted about this discrepancy, no mention was given during the work or during delivery. The team at the garage did agree to fit the correct tires after i complained. I was given an option of having the Conties delivered unfitted and keeping the fitted budget tires for free but i insisted i wanted the correct tires fitted as per my order. The garage is far from where i live and i suspect it is hassle to travel to carry out this work so unsure why they would accept this job in the first place. A mechanic was sent two days later, was on time and fitted the Conties promtly. So to be fair, in spite of my issues the garage did relatively quickly resolve their mistake and communicate well over the ordeal however i felt it was important to warn other potential customers. I think perhaps Click Mechanic needs to change it's system whereby buyers can choose which garage undertakes their job after offers are made to do the work.

Excellent job. Accepted the job and carried out all works on the same day. Tested the car after repair to make sure the works were correct.

The mechanic was very friendly, I felt like he went that bit further to help. The fault on my car was not straightforward to diagnose (work carried out on my drive) and he really made the effort to answer my questions. He offered sound advice and made sure I had all the information I needed to solve the problem.

I am satisfied with the service.Got my starter motor replaced within an hour.

Paul was great. Turned up on time, explained what was going to happen and just got on with it. He is very trustworthy and honest. I really appreciated the honesty as it would have been easy to have charged more but he was great and saved me money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul.
