I had my clutch replaced and Russell described, in great detail, how the parts were worn or which areas were okay and communicated everything along each step. After a long day, he even stayed to help locate a squeak from the engine and gave me a confident diagnosis. I highly recommend Russell and I would trust him with any work needed in future! 10/10 🌟

Very Happy with the service and work on my car and so fast brilliant in changing my alternator.

Nadim was very knowledgeable, unfortunately wasn't able to fix the issue but did diagnose so I knew what was wrong and if I could use the car.

Fitted new glow plugs for me, done the job and explained what he had done and also showed me a potential new problem that may arrise, would recommend

Josh was professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He wasn’t able to make the time originally planned but he rang and explained why and kept me up to date on his new arrival time. He was very helpful and knew straight away the type of electrical fault with the car and how to solve the issue.

Scott was really helpful and went out of his way to source a part that was not easy to get hold of at short notice. The RAC had quoted me a significantly higher price and wouldn't be able to get me back on the road for over a month. Scott managed to do it in 4 days!

Andy was great he arrived on time and he went about diagnosing the problem. He told me that it was a worn gear linkage and explained how it can become worn over time. He then provided a price from click mechanic which was very reasonable and I have booked the work in via click mechanic

My mechanic (David) was excellent, he kept me updated about his findings with my inspection, he was polite and friendly, he got straight to work for the inspection. He ensured I understood the issues found and spoke with knowledge. He answered my questions with confidence (I ask many questions) which gave me reassurance and peace of mind. I would highly recommend David.

Wow what can I say what an amazing service from Michael and Ben today right from the start, Ben arrived on time he was polite and lovely to talk to putting me at ease instantly. Michael is also an absolute delight, incredibly advance with his knowledge you honestly can't go wrong with giving your vehicles to Michael and Ben. My van was originally booked in to have the rear brake discs and pads replaced, however upon inspection it was also identified that the rear brake caliper had seized up, which meant it needed to be replaced also. What an incredible service Michael and Ben carried all of the repairs out on the same day and returned my van back to me at teatime. Absolutely superb! Michael and Ben have also given me advise on my turbo as it's looking like it will be needing to be repaired in the near future. With this information I shall now be saving up and hopefully be able to get it replaced/repaired shortly with Michael. Amazing Service thank you so much and thank you for looking after me and giving me great advice, as being an older lady I do find garages to be quite intimidating as I don't necessarily understand the workings of vehicles.
