very dissapointed on work done on car, went in for a alternator replacement unfortinately for me it came back with more faults , 1 central locking not working, 2 poor pick up when pulling away, 3 Battery Clamp missing and small battery bolt loose (this i fixed) + possitive terminal cover missing 4 Coolant reservour loose,bolt missing, (this i fixed), undertray not fitted as instructed at pick up of vehicle,(this i fixed) I will be taken car to another garage to get a diagnostic done , so not to happy with the experience

They were brilliant- despite my getting the car reg wrong, they sorted everything and got the car back, working like new, in plenty of time for New Year.

Very happy with the work carried out. As a first time user I was quite nervous using this new type of service, especially as my car was taken away for the work. The mechanic was knowledgeable and sent videos explaining what was required and parts used.

Mechanic was very polite, quick and helpful. They arrived on time and although couldnt fix my car at the roadside, provided me with a written receipt of the issues which needed looking at which helped when speaking to a recovery company.
