Wow, actually had a decent company carry out the work to my vehicle. Auto pro were very professional from start to finish. There pick guy was very friendly and had plenty of communication. Sayaam arrived within the timeframe stated and was very nice to interactive with. Then throughout the work videos were sent of the progress which kept me well informed. Then after I got my car back it felt even better than it did before, would definitely recommend.

I don't have any issues with either of the mechanics that visited, however the whole ClickMechanic concept does not work as it should. I didnt want to leave any ratings, because I dont think they reflect fairly on the mechanics that visited. Its the whole ClickMechanic concept that I have problems with. In both cases, the mechanics did not attend the appointments they were originally booked for; the first's van broke down, the second's delivery of the part was not done within the time required to make the appointment. but ok, not a biggie, say. The first mechanic identified a fault and quoted a price, saving me from a potential MOT failure. The second mechanic spent some time on the car but did not fix the issue identified by the first and quoted by ClickMechanic, saying its my car and that he found an unexpectedly high amount of rust, and therefore he would have to take it to the garage to fix it, where he has a more complete range of equipment. If I was to proceed, the cost would be double from what was originally quoted. Unfortunately, I do not know everything about my car, and I expected the work to be completed for the quote made, which wasnt. I expect that when I get a price quoted for a job, the job gets done, which was not the case in my situation. Had I known the full cost from the beginning I would have chosen another garage. It is worth someone in ClickMechanic reading this review and changing something in the way the company operates. Quoting for a job and then not doing (AND charging for time spent attempting to do it) will not go well with customers in general.

Jason was great, arrived within the time slot, despite the rain. Confirmed the work to be done, carried out the work quickly and efficiently, tested the work and off we went.
