They charged £160 extra for tyres asides the MOT and servicing, and promised they will give me an invoice/receipt for it. However, they were turning me up and down with excuses everyday, their system was down etc and after a week they came out with the truth that they don’t issue receipt or invoices for the tyre. Also when I asked the mechanic the job they did in my car. They couldn’t explain it to me or give me evidence of what they have done during servicing. I would not want to visit Rcg ever again.

Jaime was incredible, he came promptly and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand (not experienced with cars). It was an all round fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Very friendly, arrived early. Was unable to complete job fully but explained (wrong locking bolt!) and he tried every tool he had. He only charged for the work done and was very apologetic.

I was very happy with the work that Muhammed and his team carried out. They were punctual, took the car away, diagnosed it, fixed it and bought it back by 5:30pm on a Saturday. This was my daughters car, which she relies on, so to have it fixed was worth the cost of the fix. I was impressed. Thank you.
