Sebastian changed our starter motor. It’s in a notoriously tricky place in these cars but he persevered and got the job done. Grateful.

Friendly certainly, knowlegable..probably.
He encountered a system he hadn't come across before and really struggled, to the point where the job was left incomplete and me stranded 135 miles from home. My son, himself a mechanic finished the job in 35 minutes. So, at the end of the day I'm not entirely happy. It's cost me 2 days lost earnings, plus hire of a car to get home and to come back to pick it up again, on top of the charges for the incomplete repair. Altogether a very expensive and stressfull time.

Sebastian came around 7:30am and was polite and courteous, he got on with the job and I am more than happy with the work he has done.

Booked a Service and had flat battery. Received a call before arriving to the job and introduced himself. Explained all work undertaken and explained why our current jump leads aren’t working.
