Nikolay carried out a chemical clean on my X5 3.0d DPF. I’ve driven a couple hundred miles and no more warning light telling me to take it to a dealer, the car is smoother and more seamless drop downs when going up hill. Excellent

Sid was okay , he knew what needed to be done. Although I appreciated very much his hard work on Saturday collecting the car and delivering on Sunday, still we should have better communication to understand each other more accurate timings. Overall he is good!
