Ed was great throughout the whole process and I highly recommend him. I originally bought the standard service and he recommended I upgrade to include the diagnostics and I was glad I did in the end as it led to me finding out issues with the car that I wouldn’t have found out about otherwise.

Derek was AMAZING. He contacted me the night before the pre purchase inspection to introduce himself. It was all done remotely as the van I was looking to buy. The van was terrible and I am so glad I booked this company. Derek was so kind and professional throughout. He could tell I was upset with the outcome but that is the reason I wanted it doing. We. Have used Houssan for several years now for repairs, servicing and MoT. We are very happy with the service we require. He takes the car to his employer's workshop and works on it out of his working hours. Once you know him, he will send a link for a quotation with him being the mechanic.

My car was collected for a Major service and MOT by A1 team. The team did collect late and would have been nice if they gave a little heads up.. either way, the work and evidence of work completed was super clear and detailed via pictures supplied. Interesting how previous work was not completed or carried out fully which was an eye opener. Thank you A1 for a good turn around and feedback back.. I would recommend to anyone to use them.

Daniel is very good he came on time and I will highly recommend him for his meticulous work. He did my brake disc and pads (rear/front), break fluid and engine oil today. Took him 3 hours in the comfort of my home. He was tidy no spillage and our stone driveway is clean no trace whatsoever. No hassle driving back and forth to the garage and that is very convenient for me. I will definitely use him or the click mechanic again in the future. Good lad and polite, him and his sidekick.
