Paul got to me early on in the agreed time slot, listened to my explanation of the problems I was having and then did a thorough examination, checking all the parts I had concerns about even after they'd found the most likely cause. Gave me some much appreciated peace of mind on top of getting me back on the road!

Very detailed. I wasn't present at the time, so he gave me a call to run me through everything. I even called him back 3 separate times to ask questions, which he was more than happy to answer for me. Very friendly and helpful. The report was thorough with plenty of detail for me to be satisfied, and pictures of every tiny bit of 'damage'.

I need for the mechanic to come back as I am having trouble getting the car to get into gear.

The actual work carried out appears to be of high quality with no concerns here. Communication wasn't ideal with some confusion about pick up dates / times, leading to quite a delay on the day of collection. They certainly did their best to make sure the work was done on the day, and returned the care later in the evening to ensure I had access to my vehicle the following day.
