He was very helpful and very open about the problem and informative about not using products that are bad for my car

I was really pleased with the feedback from Andrew today, I’ve been back and forth quite a few garages trying to get some sense out of what’s been wrong with my car. I had the correct work done recently as Andrew explained I have had a faulty alternator fitted, as it’s under warranty the garage that fitted it will now fix the issue for me. I will defiantly use this service again though to save future problems. Amazing service thanks :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked a major service and MOT and was really impressed with the service provided by Freddy. He responded quickly to a message I sent and let me know exactly what time he’d be arriving, which was really helpful. Freddy carried out a pre-MOT check before taking the car for the test, which unfortunately failed due to two worn tyres. Even though he wasn’t able to replace the tyres himself, he went above and beyond—he got quotes, and even booked an appointment for the tyre replacement and MOT retest the very next day. He also gave me the option not to continue with the service if I didn’t want to, but I chose to go ahead as my car was in need of one. Freddy then made sure the service was done thoroughly and to a high standard. Thanks to his help, the car passed the MOT the following day with no issues. I’m really pleased with the whole experience—Freddy was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend!!

Marcel was great at communicating the potential issues. Unfortunately, the issue did not present itself during his visit. Yet Marcel did a thorough check and offered to come back to look if the issue arises again. He was friendly and offered to help to fix any ongoing issues, which is rare.

Absolutely amazing. Came out and picked up my car a few weeks ago for a gearbox service when it turns out I had a massive leak that had previously been missed by other mechanics. They were lovely about it and very punctual with ensuring they ordered the replacement parts and came back to take my car for further repairs. Explained everything as well so I understood. Would recommend.

The team who came to complete the repair were amazing. I was very worried not using a garage that I knew but my fears were unfounded. Great service, brilliant communication and a great team. I will be using them again.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from ClickMechanic, if I’m honest, but I was really impressed. The mechanic who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He took his time and clearly did a thorough job. The fault wasn’t identified on this visit, but that was fully expected given the nature of the issue and the fact no codes were stored. That said, I felt confident in his approach and would happily use him again. A solid five stars on all fronts.

Ashley fitted us in at short notice. Excellent communication on the day, friendly and on time.

Very friendly , pointed out the problem and told me what action to take to fix the problem.

Came out to find out why I was having to top up oil frequently. Whilst unable to actually see a leak as it was internal, by a process of elimination, was able to state what the fault was and what needed to be done. Took the time to explain to me the possible causes and why all but one of these could be eliminated. Excellent, could now get the vehicle booked in for the fix to be applied. Really pleasant, polite and friendly. A pleasure to deal with, recommended.
