Blaize was fantastic, very informative, great communication and a very extensive report. Unfortunately the car that Blaize looked over wasn't suitable to buy, but thanks to him he saved me from purchasing a vehicle that wouldn't have been appropriate, a mistake I could have easily made without his professional help. William was a lifesaver! Rear suspension fixed in super quick time. Good communication, very friendly demeanour and very punctual. Quick assessment verified that one side had gone but the other, although rusting, was still OK. I decided to have both sides replaced for peace of mind and William agreed that would be advisable but entirely my decision and there was no pressure to do so. Came across as very honest and reliable. Quote agreed, parts supplied and work done in about an hour, give or take. Would recommend William without hesitation.
