Registered a complaint. Bad punctuality. Late delivery. Query on charges. Very poor communication.

I only used this service because I needed the clutch fixed on a Saturday as I need the car for work in the week and was told it would be fixed in one day .
The car was not fixed fon the Saturday and I was informed the car would be fixed by Sunday so on the Sunday I called and was told the car is ready but we’re trying to get transportation arranged to return my car ,
So worried about not getting my car back on the Sunday I offered to collect it myself which was accepted and arranged a lift to their garage (30 minute drive) .
When i got there i was escorted to the bay where the car was and the roller door went up and my car was still on the ramp with the front wheels, front bumper , exhaust and other parts on the floor and my damaged clutch was still in the car , I the called mechanic denis on the number supplied which turned out to be the owner who was in Ireland and said he didn’t know the car was not finished? And was sorry but it will be finished by Monday the next day .
So to summarise
It took 3 days to do a 6 hour job and i don’t think they know what’s going on in their garage , would I use this service and the mechanic again ….NO Read more

Extremely happy with the work Denis provided . Very professional and knowledgable and extremely efficient in the expertise used .
When I text a question to him he was quite responsive in answering . 11/10

Everything went well from the car collection to delivery. Car was only with the garage for 2 days.
Overall good job.

The work carried out was excellent, however I didn't get much communication about progress or when I would recieve my car back.

After being a bit dubious about booking. I spoke to denis directly and he gave me confidence in trusting him which I am happy I did so. I have had my car back today and am happy with the timing chain replacement performed and the mechanical side of it seems spot on. I see no oil leaks and no bolts missing from where I can see so far .
Had a bit of a misshap during dropping the vehicle off they forgot the key luckily I have a spare and they are posting me the main key back.
Their are 3 minor damages to the vehicle now, but ive been quoted reasonable prices to have repaired which even after those are performed i will have saved money still over highstreet/main dealer prices.
Highly reccomend Denis and his team as mechanics they got the job done, and done well in reasonable time I will be using in the future for all my landrover related work.

Gonka did the work on my car ( duel mass flywheel and clutch) fantastic service, collected my on time and delivered car back two day's later , I was a bit sceptical at first, I've never had a repair done on line before but these guys are brilliant I would definitely use these again and would highly recommend them, thanks.

The mechanic was professional, friendly and reliable. After checking the make and brand of the replacement clutch they refitted to my vehicle, I felt confident that he was using high quality replacement parts, for the repair. Thanks guys great service!! Will recommend and use click mechanic again.

All good and at a sensible price and speed. Only issue was the collection driver. He tried to load my van using the winch on his truck, whilst my van's hand brake was still on. Caused flat spots on both rear tyres, which will need replacing. A little careless, but the actual work was carried out well, thank you.

Denis was great! Did everything he could to accommodate the request whilst I was away. Did the job plus an additional request, car came back looking brand new! Will be going to Denis again!
