Mechanic did well by diagnosing the problem with a very nice advice and i am back in the road

Fantastic! We didn't know what the problem was, he figured it out, explained it clearly, and showed us a photo of the problem, and then fixed things up so the car is safe to drive until we can get this more serious issue fixed.

Was supposed to be a relatively easy job but it turned out to be a nightmare to the mechanic due to overtightened bolts by previous very well known service provider. This, therefore turned out to be a bigger job which included replacement of damaged parts. I was always kept updated throughout the process. Obviously it was a small inconvenience with the time lost, but these things can happen so not mechanics fault. I would highly reccomend the service!
