I am not satisfied with the work on diagnosing my car (a person arrived who did not understand what and how to do, could not connect a diagnostic tool) and left 5 minutes after arrival! I went to their garage and waited there for 40 minutes to call in, after which they connected the computer and in the end I did not learn anything new for myself! vito took them 5-10 minutes

Raj was good with communication but I wasn't aware that it was the flywheel in my car that rattled not my clutch and thought he could have informed me so he could change that aswell ! So I have had my car returned to me with the problem still not resolved I'm not happy and have to get the job done again .

I was nervous about booking with a mechanic I didn't know, and about having my car collected and dropped off in time. I needn't have worried, as having explained that I would need the car back the same day, the garage completed the work in good time and returned the car as requested. When I phoned them for an update they were very clear with the work they were doing and when I could expect to receive the car back.

Brendan of Brook Motors was Very good, I will be using him again. The coil springs were fit in a few hours, when other garages could not even fit the work in for two weeks. And the cost was cheaper than the other garages!!
