Raj was excellent. I'm just recovering from knee surgery so couldn't go and see the car myself. Raj was able to give me full reassurance that I could purchase in good faith. The full service meant that I got pictures and videos of the car inspection and was able to talk through the diagnostics after.
Without this peace of mind, I wouldn't have been able to buy this car.

Vauxhall Astra Diagnostic inspection
Cylinder head gasket replacement

Had coolant leak, the first time. Booked for DIAGNOSTIC check and cylinder head gasket replacement on 24 FEB
He said everything is okay with the car but got it back with engine management light on and acceleration problem (on 2nd march) which we didn’t have it before.
Gave it back for warranty inspection and repair (7march). Said faulty gasket just after 2days of driving.
Got It back Monday (20march). Still got it back with heavy accelerator and engine light again on on Thursday (23march) which I only drive for 3days about 7miles everyday.
For a person who has 31 years of experience, and a diagnostic check, he couldn’t or didn’t say anything about whats wrong with the car or how long it will take which was unbelievable.
Didn’t even gave any updates unless I called or texted.
A whole month of this has become really frustrating. Not taking it back again. Total waste of money and time.

Many thanks for the review even though you don’t have any coolant leaks for which it was booked for.
You have been offered a diagnostic for no charge as any sensor or item in the car can cause an engine management light on yet you refused, your car is under warranty and we are here for you.
