Syed, messaged me in the morning to let me know he was going to be late for the 8am to 10am slot I booked. It was fine as I just wanted to ensure that the car was fully repaired within the day. Syed assured me it would be. However he continued to run late and sent another message to say he'd be there for 1.45. Eventually he got to me at around 2.15. He insisted the car would be repaired and returned before the end of the day so I was happy for him to take it. He returned it at around 7pm. The work from what I could see with my flashlight looked very well done. And while I was a little annoyed that he didn't turn up when I originally asked the fact that it was done within the day to a high standard was good enough for me.
I must say that had I had plans for the rest of the day I would have been incredibly annoyed.
