I requested a starter motor replacement. Two people from the company arrived on the time as arranged. They were easy to communicate with and had the necessary tools, equipment and a new starter motor. I left them to carry on with the work and returned when they had finished. They showed me the old one, confirming that it was defective. I'm happy with the work carried out. The new starter motor is a lot quieter and needs less time holding the key.

Good communication, I was always aware of what was going on. There were some issues and the job wasn’t as straightforward as it seemed but everything was completed and I would say they went above and beyond to get the job done.
