Booking, pickup and drop off were great. They completed the work I needed as expected. The car was left a little dirty inside but it was no oil painting to start with. I had to remind about the service book but my car model generally have e-books so understandable. The pricing was great and beat the other online comparison sites.

I hired a diagnostic for my BMW car. I would have a diagnostic made by a mechanic with expertise and also a quote to repair the fault. As result, I got a misdiagnose for my car and I never got the quote to repair it. Finally, I had to repair it in an independent garage. Very unprofessional performance. He never responded my messages after the service. I paid ninety pounds for nothing.
