I can’t comment on the quality of the work because I’ve no idea if they carried out the repair or not. Car is still overheating. Surely they should have called and discussed what was next to solve this. However, what they actually did was drive the overheating car back to our home without letting us know when they were coming. We were out, but could hear the car’s engine fan running loudly over the doorbell camera. We weren’t far away but they’d left the key with our neighbour and gone by the time we’d rushed back. Guess they didn’t want any more work! They charged us £70 recovery as the car couldn’t be driven to them, then they drove it back with the same problem! Recovery did pick it up promptly though.

Work was carried out quickly and he did a good job, no complaints at all. Brake discs and pads working fine after a test drive, couldn’t be happier.

Shahzad was friendly and turned up in good time. MOT and service returned to me within 4 hours. Thank you

Luke was honestly a breathe of fresh air. I requested genuine timing belt & water pump parts and he had no issues with that and it only added around £20 to the bill so proves that he’s honest. Communication was 110%. He turned up when he said he would, I was out at work so he just got on with the job. He even put the cover back over the car for me which is much appreciated. He also did a service whilst he was there and the car honestly runs better than ever. He’s definitely gained another customer for life and will be sending family & friends in his direction. Pleasure mate
