Mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. He did work and tests on vehicle and tried to get it started. He worked in freezing conditions changing the starter and unfortunately did not get car running. He even said sorry he could not get it started. Another issue as he did some tests and then said it may have to go to a garage for further checks.

Absolutely amazing-I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with and work though the issue to a high quality fix and ensure the car was alll good for it’s MOT

Richard was fantastic. Communicated from the start. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Vehicle breakdowns and repairs are always stressful, but Richard was confident and nothing was too much trouble, and got my van back on the road ready for work.

Oliver was really good mechanic. they gave him the wrong size part in the first place. so he had to come all the way back on the next day to fit the correct part. a very nice man very quick with the job and a first class mechanic. a great service

Really chuffed with the service today, Jamie was super efficient and made it really easy for me to crack on with the kids, trustworthy leaving him to it, posting keys and leaving me voicemails with updates until I could call him back. Will 100% be using this service again - so easy and convenient, as well as saving me a considerable amount of money in comparison to the quote from the MOT garage.

Very nice mechanic , but poor English. I asked for Invoice for new brake pads and ai still not got so I don’t know if they are new. And the job took one hour so I think I overpaid almost £180 for an hour job.

Alin was superb. Not relying on a laymans fault description, but following the symptoms, his knowledge & experience. Determining all issues & rectifying expediently. Then ensuring that his rectification was a solid resolution of the issues. Just as importantly, Alin ensured that I, as the customer, was totally happy with everything. I can't praise Alin enough, massive thank you Alin.
